I, hereby agree to the following:

1. I am participating in the classes, jams, workshops, and/or retreats offered by Atlanta AcroYoga and its instructors during which I will participate in yoga,Thai massage, and/or acrobatics. I recognize that yoga, Thai massage, and acrobatics require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any or all offerings by Atlanta AcroYoga. I represent, verify, and warrant that I am physically capable of participating safely and that I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in any or all Atlanta AcroYoga offerings.

3. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in any or all Atlanta AcroYoga offerings, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Atlanta AcroYoga, its instructors, and/or Intown Tumbling for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the Atlanta AcroYoga offerings.

4. I further indemnify and hold harmless Atlanta AcroYoga, its instructors, and/or Intown Tumbling and assign from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees arising out of or relating to any claim by a third party resulting from my practice or instruction in the field of yoga,Thai massage, or acrobatics.

5. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant Atlanta AcroYoga, its instructors, and/or Intown Tumbling for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

6. I understand that, under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual participating in Atlanta AcroYoga events, if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. I am assuming this risk by willfully participating in Atlanta AcroYoga events.
